This XT ension pr ovides a palette that contains can ef @fortlessly move to any page, master page or position on a page. Minimum System Requir ements )Navigator XT 2.0 is designed for QuarkXPr u ess 3.2. Navigator XT is network pr +otected and is fully compatible with floppy , RAM, or har d disks. o c e d u r gbasic use of the mouse, clicking, pulling down menus, copying files, and copying disks. If any of these ocedur es ar e new to you, please r efer to your Macintosh user s manual. Installing Navigator XT Dhas been done, place the original Navigator XT disk in a safe place. Using Navigator XT *f*The Navigator XT palette can be opened thr ee ways. Choose Show Navigator om the menu. )-RUse the user defined command-key sequence. This key is defined in the Help dialog. _palette opened. This is the easiest way to open the palette because the palette appears next to the mouse location. 1The Navigator XT palette can be closed four ways. If the last page is the curr ent page, the next spr Going to a Master Page page becomes the curr $ent page and the palette disappears. ZThe Navigator palette does not display with master pages. Moving the Palette g0While the palette can be moved by dragging it fr "om one place to another on the scr een, ther /the new location even if the palette was not pr 6eviously visible. This command may be used to activate the palette. Using the Home Featur %done by clicking on the Home button ( <). When the Home button is clicked, the palette moves to the appear ed after launching QuarkXPr ess. T )u6o set the Home location, move the palette to the desir ed loca tion and pr 5ess the Option key while clicking on the Home button. Using the Flash-Back Featur The Flash-Back featur e allows quick r ecall of pr #evious positions in the document. T o set a posi Kthe Flash button, and Navigator XT moves to the page and position which wer e saved. The Flash fea t u r e a d y to be r eset for the next document. #palette.
